Please note: Used computer and work performed warranty:
Computer hardware is warranted for 3 months (see your invoice for details) and is not transferrable.
Warranty does not cover and is not limited to: software issues, any third party software, accidental damage, user damage or viruses. Trial antivirus and anti-spyware programs may be installed as a convenience. The warranty does not provide on-site service of any kind.
Buyer releases seller for any and all damages or losses incurred in the use of the items sold including but not limited to loss of use and loss of data. Seller’s maximum liability in no case shall exceed the purchase price stated in our invoice. Any and all shipping charges incurred are the customers responsibility.
